Event Wrap-up: The evening was hot, the food was
hot,... even the band was hot!
Tables of steaming Cajun-style fare - shrimp, crawfish, sausage,
potatoes and corn - cold beer and good music, all made for a great party
and some rockin' bon temps.
Special thanks to chef Mark James, for his expertise
and hot, hard work, sweating over bubbling pots, so everyone else could
enjoy a feast. Thanks to those who helped plan, set up, and, clean up,
so the rest could eat, drink and be merry. And, finally, how about
another round of applause for the band, Now or Never!
