Details: Us Texans love our brisket! So much, that we'll have a party around it.
Come on out and enjoy the food and fun, as our barbecue masters... uh, pit their skills against each other. As usual, the club will provide cold keg beer and wine, sodas and bottled water, etc. If you are not bringing brisket, please bring a side dish or dessert to complement the meat. And maybe your swim suit.

Cook-off Contestants: Contestants should bring their cooked briskets to the marina pool area at 5:00 pm. You will be checked in, and a judging sample taken of your entry brisket. The rest of the brisket will serve as the main course.

Judging: Any and all attendees may act as judges. There will be a First, Second and Third prize award.
